Another fluffy block developed as a dual occupancy for members of the one family. A great example of multi generational housing where neighbours can connect in common spaces or retreat separately to the more intimate private yard spaces when they wish. The designs were mid century inspired and were developed around a central courtyard area that initially was a common yardspace but always designed to be a source of winter sun access and provided visual links to views to mount Ainslie beyond. Located with a park opposite the living spaces connected to the outdoors and passers by, links to community was a focus for this family.
