COWPER ST

A red brick duplex in Dickson had a family that needed more space. The wet areas were outdated, and the house was cold with limited winter sun and yard access. The extension at the rear added a new kitchen, meals area, family room, and rumpus room, all enjoying winter sun and connecting to landscaped yards. The original living areas became a master bedroom suite, with reworked children’s spaces. Renovations included double-glazed windows, insulated roof and walls, significantly improving thermal comfort.
