One of the original Oliphant designed dwellings from 1927 and such a treasure to work on. The house was gutted and original details restored back to his original details, timber work and fireplaces restored, ceilings strapped and floors restored. Kitchen and meals area was refurbished and an extension of a master suite added to the front of the dwelling consistent with original detailing and provided modern amenity. Garaging and alfresco areas were incorporated at the rear to capitalise on winter sun and connection to yard. A national HIA award winning project.
