A redevelopment of an existing dual occupancy, an original ex government house with a 70’s built flat roofed 1 bedroom flat. We decided to keep the flat and renovate it as we saw the potential as a mortgage helper or home business option. The original dwelling was demolished and a new 4 bedroom ensuite dwelling designed to capitalize on the views to the adjacent Oval and greenspaces. The Living areas purposely designed at the upper level to access views and Sun with kids’ spaces at the lower level that connected to the yard. A flexible development that could suit multi- generational living or provide an opportunity to support the mortgage.
